In this position, as Staffing Manager, you’ll oversee staffing- operations including, but not limited to Nursing, Residential Aides, and more! More than anything, we are looking for someone excited about driving growth and innovation by finding and engaging talent support for our amazing clients. You will play a pivotal part in the hiring of healthcare professionals from all walks of life. Additionally, you’ll be involved on multiple levels, fostering partnerships with various groups and organizations, both internally and externally.
Day-to-day, you'll attract candidates, interview and hire great employees. A successful Staffing Manager will collaborate with Recruitment and with Account Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources such as paid job boards, social media networks, and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibility of a Staffing Manager is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline for our clientele.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet billable hour benchmarks by processing and filling client job orders within 48 hours utilizing a 12 step staffing process.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, team members, and supervisors to evaluate the status of job orders.
- Negotiate fees and rates with clients and contractors.
- Conduct assessments to determine if service guarantees have been met.
- Take the necessary 12 steps to expeditiously surface contractors for open job orders.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards to resolve and prevent customer problems.
- Resolve service problems by answering complaints and inquiries; clarifying the complaint; determining the cause of the problem and conducting follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Increase billable hours by generating new client business and obtaining contractor leads through the implementation of bulk scheduling, active client advertisement monitoring, and networking processes.
- Sustain rapport with clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
- Evaluate and forecast contractor availability and client needs.
- Conduct new business prospecting sales activities as directed by management
- When required, make prospecting calls to new clients and new departments within active clients.
- Make personal sales calls and client stop-byes to obtain new business from prospective clients.
- Build contractor database by administering new contractor processes.
- Conduct contractor interviews and complete intakes.
- Verify, evaluate and investigate contractor credentials and communicate availability to team members.
