Job Talent Resources Supervisor Description Talent Resource Supervisor – English Dubbing Position Overview The Talent Resource Supervisor is to be an integral part in expanding and enhancing Deluxe’s English Dubbing team’s creative talent database through specialized outreach, onboarding and project feedback tracking. Working closely with our Casting Director, Creative Supervisors and Producers, they will be responsible for supervising the onboarding workflows for voice performers and creative talent. They will act as the liaison between the admin, production and finance teams to ensure all union production protocols, performer agreements and contributions are properly executed across all projects. Primary Responsibilities Supervising the onboarding and time-keeping process for voice performers and freelance contractors on both union and non-union projects. Maintaining accurate Union and non-Union dubbing production guidelines, performer agreements, contribution rates and studio-client talent expectations. Ensuring contract inventories are tracked and delivered on time upon project completion. Understanding specific talent requirements and project challenges while clearly communicating with creatives and producers to provide strong talent options. Assisting with talent outreach, voice casting, project coordination and partner surveys. Maintaining databases for voice performers, adaptors, directors, freelancers – including accurate project/client feedback and availability from project to project. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives. Strengthen relationships through correspondence with talent agencies and talent alike. Help develop and expand our talent database not only across the U.S. but globally. Work with developers to create comprehensive casting tools and enhance metric tracking. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of production experience, with 2-3 years on localization related projects and at least 1 year specifically involved in English dubbing projects. Understanding of SAG production protocols and dubbing agreements. Thorough understanding of dubbing workflows, standards and technology a plus. Experienced in project management, producing, coordinating, and casting. Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with varying producers, managers and clients. Having an established network within the entertainment industry in various production fields; television, film, animation, gaming, localization. Strong attention to detail, nuance and creative intent. Experience with sensitive and complex casting/hiring requirements. Comfortability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Competency in word processor and spreadsheet software (Office, GSuite, etc.). This is not a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will be required to spend time on-site to attend recording sessions, client mix reviews and interact with creative, admin and production teams across our studios in Hollywood, Culver City and Burbank. This role is based in Los Angeles, California and the base pay range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 annually.
