Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Operations, utilizing independent judgment and discretion, the Director of Advertising Operations will be responsible for managing the critical workflow(s) required to ensure our Programmatic Display programs are fully operational and deliverable to clients. In addition to being responsible for the campaign operations and performance, the Director of Advertising Operations will report and maintain data surrounding the efficacy of product to include successes and areas of opportunity to leadership. Additionally, the Director of Advertising Operations will review relevant solution standards and trends to incorporate findings to create efficiencies and enhance solution effectiveness to influence revenue results.


Employees are required to be present at the approved work location in order to perform the functions of this position.


Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do":

  • Execute on the day-to-day running of campaign strategy and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the product vision, value proposition and positioning statements of the company's ABM Display program.
  • Report on and enhance company understanding of KPIs for product line
  • Identify successes and opportunities for improvement, and support leadership in execution on those strategies cross-departmentally
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement as needed related to sharing materials, case studies, etc.
  • Stay updated and knowledgeable of external market relative to ABM and programmatic display services
  • Manage relationships with third parties and act as in-house expert related to our DSP (Demand Side Platform) and related services
  • Document best practices and seek out opportunities to improve existing processes
  • Manage and develop Campaign Strategists
  • Organize and lead team meetings to provide updates on processes, business initiatives and team performance
  • Deliver and lead periodic performance evaluations that include coaching and mentoring of team members to enhance skills
  • Plan team building activities to promote camaraderie, team morale and team cohesiveness

  • Experience with program measurement and analytics not limited to opportunities created, forecasting revenue and sales performance

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills that demonstrate an ability to organize and multitask while adapting to shifting priorities

  • Strong leadership skills to influence and lead department initiatives utilizing effective communication and presentation skills
  • Established coaching skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and create development action plans
