Tasks and Qualifications:
- 15 years of directly applicable Human Resource experience in a global, complex, fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company.
- Minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership position.
- Bachelor's degree required. Advance degree, or equivalent, and relevant direct work experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success building organization structure, culture, and engagement.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trusted advisor and confidant.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
- Proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change and measure impact.
- Experience developing and motivating a team, as well as leading through organizational change.
- Must have change management leadership capabilities.
- Ability to navigate both hands-on tactical projects as well as strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally approx. 20%.
