Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Operate standard office equipment regularly, including a copy machine, printer, computer, etc.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
  • Maintain the general office filing system.
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, etc.
  • Maintain Office Decorum.
  • Coordinate with vendors.
  • Send out marketing materials
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, terminations, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Monitor employee time sheets, manage time tracking software
  • Maintain and update employee files

Qualifications for Office Manager

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google sheets
  • Able to type 35 wpm minimum
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Amazing interpersonal abilities
  • Top-of-the-line organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE
