Job Description:
- By building and maintaining an understanding of Client Professional category business needs, this role will manage the entire “end-to-end” label process (label copy and graphics) for all projects whether driven by Innovation, Renovation, recipe changes, or legal changes in order to meet the timeline needed for factory productions, at all times with a focus on minimizing waste
Responsibilities:
Based on briefs assigned from the marketing team and from the Produce development team, the LPM will ensure a consistent and seamless end-to-end process:
- Initiates label spec and routes for label copy input and approval in DevEx
- Builds project in D2D and directs design agency to project brief and established objectives
- Proofs label spec against artwork and confirm compliance and objectives agreed upon are met
- Routes graphics for approval to cross functional teams in MAM
- Manages any rework between copy and label graphics with cross functional team
- Works with design agency for business needs and feasibility on the project
- Proofs and releases artwork to the separator / printer and proof completed artwork before use at the factory
- Works with the separator and printer vendors to align timing for factory needs
- Notifies plant that labels can be ordered and send PDF for cross checking
- Maintains correct status of label specifications in Label-D
- Owns the label maintenance activity in Content Hub for active and archived labels
- Assists with photoshoot (when needed)
- GS1 Graphics Coordination (when needed)
Graphics Activation Meeting Manager
- Establish and Manage label development dashboard and hold weekly meetings to verify activities are being met associated with timelines for launches
- Maintains the label development dashboard and accurately track all activity for the label
- Leads and runs the graphics activation meetings with cross functional teams and documents the agreed goal of the label development
- Identifies and documents what will be changing on the label after alignment with the cross functional team
- Aligns team to establish delivery date for packaging in factory
- Follows up with cross functional teams on critical tasks that need completed
Be identified as a Super User of Label D while sharing best practices with other label owners and cross function team members.
- Requests users access to DevEx as needed
- Troubleshoot errors in the system develop work arounds and opening tickets
- Attends status meetings with Glendale DevEx Champion, via conf. call.
- Be the initial change Process Manager of each timetable as the new end to end process starts
- Provide training in the system for new cross functional team members
- Update training material used by cross-function teams for data entry and approvals in DevEx and provide in person training
- Test upgrades to system and accurately convey any issues or bugs found
- Allocates testing appropriately from DevEx Champion to others
- Analyze and develop recommendations to improve current processes
- Super User across both Beverage and Food
- Training of new process managers and building training materials
- Manage the teams approach for large scale label initiatives
- Develops back up resource plan as needed
- Manages heavy workloads amongst the group to ensure all timelines are being met for projects
- Lead initiative to increase first time right percentage and speed to market time
- Provides additional bandwidth during high demand project activity
- Other Responsibilities as required

Pay: $59.30 - $68.25 per hour
