The ideal candidate will want to work in a busy general practice law firm. Experience in workers' compensation is required. The position will require successful communication with clients and staff. Proficient word processing skills are necessary. The candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to track deadlines is a must. The position will involve litigation support that will include preparing basic pleadings, responding to and serving discovery and keeping schedules. Requirements
A successful candidate for the role will have experience working for a law firm and managing files and clients in the area of workers' compensation. Experience with the preparation of pleadings and responding to and issuing discovery is also ideal.
