Description
- Supervises assigned shift and overall operations of the store in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Reports to General Manager
- Supervises hourly employees on assigned shift at the direction of management
- Direct accountability for all operational results and security (including banking transactions/cash security) for each shift worked
Physical Requirements
- Available to work any time, holidays and weekends.
- Extensive standing and walking
- Should be able to lift 30 lbs. and more.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains focus on restaurant operations and the maximization of sales
- Ensures adherence to all Federal, State and local laws, as well as company policies.
- Provides consistent supervision to hourly employees
- Responsible for sales during shifts worked
- Responsible for supervising hourly employees during any assigned shift
- Maintains the integrity of the Brand by monitoring and directing the activities of the employees' focus on the quality of the restaurant operation
- Adherence to food preparation standards
- Adherence to service/hospitality standards
- Adherence to sanitation and food safety standards
- Adherence to cash controls and security policies
- Models diversity and values at all times in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Coaches restaurant employees on shifts they supervise
- May assist in conducting restaurant employee meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of experience as GM/RM
