Well respected Insurance Defense Firm with offices located throughout the State of Florida is currently seeking a First Party Property Paralegal to work onsite at its Orlando, Florida office to support attorney(s) through the life-cycle of litigation cases.

This AV Rated firm offers comprehensive insurance coverage and defense services, policy analysis and interpretation as well as defense against claim litigation.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Must have at least two (2) years of paralegal experience in civil litigation. The preferred candidate will have at least two (2) years of paralegal experience with property insurance litigation.
• Florida Registered Paralegal, or Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an accredited paralegal program
• Must have working knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Florida Rules of Judicial Administration
• Must have working knowledge of : Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have working knowledge of Time Matters, Juris billing program, and Lexis Nexis, Florida Evidence Code, Florida Insurance Code
• Must have excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong computer proficiency
• Must be detail oriented, dependable and able to keep confidential case and client matters
