We are currently looking for a Reporting Manager for our Finance & Accounting department at the European headquarters which is located in WTC, Amsterdam South.

DENSO Europe's Finance & Accounting department offers its activities and services to the EU group and is responsible for the centralization and standardization of F&A activities in Europe and also for dissemination and the implementation of the financial rules and procedures in accordance with DENSO standards. You report to the Director Finance & Accounting. The Finance & Department Accounting consists of 20 people.

Job Description

In this role you are responsible for;

• The preparation of statutory annual accounts for operating company and holding
• Coordination with auditors, operating companies and the global headquarters in Japan
• Responsible for Corporate Income Tax compliance
• Month-end closing and reporting coordination, check and approval
• Analytical review of EU Sales Group financials

In addition to the above tasks, you will of course be involved in other challenging (international) projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate we are looking for has the following characteristics:

• A relevant completed bachelors (HBO) or university education
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in a international environment or Big Four organization
• Thorough knowledge of statutory annual accounts (Dutch GAAP) and preferrablly of corporate income tax
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with financial business processes
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Ownership in solving problems
• Attention to detail with a flexible and pragmatic attitude
• Good communicative skills
• You are available for 40 hours a week
