As a Body Shop Estimator Trainee, your job duties will include:
- Making phone calls & sending emails to multiple insurance providers regarding auto claims
- Ensuring payments are being sent directly to repair facility
- Submitting supplements to insurance companies for any additional parts & repairs that are needed
- Scanning & Sending in documents/invoices to multiple insurance companies
- Reviewing supplements & Ensuring correct paperwork & documents are submitted
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills with previous experience in a similar role
- Administrative experience, including data entry and office management
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate projects
- Typing proficiency and attention to detail for proofreading and transcription tasks
- Previous experience in a medical office or real estate administrative role is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Ability to provide customer support and assist with event planning
- Clerical experience, including filing and project coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $700.00 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
