Dent Wizard is looking for a full time Payroll Clerk. In this role, the Payroll Clerk will be responsible for supporting payroll processes to ensure accurate pay and records are maintained to comply with company policies and Federal, State and local requirements.

Dent Wizard is looking for a full time Payroll Clerk. In this role, the Payroll Clerk will be responsible for supporting payroll processes to ensure accurate pay and records are maintained to comply with company policies and Federal, State and local requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for 600 semi-monthly, commissioned and salaried employees.
- Accurately and efficiently input transactions into the Payroll systems, including but not limited to employee new hires, terminations, commission rates and pay changes.
- Ability to research and resolve employee pay issues.
- Ensure open lines of communication with customers (internal and external), co-workers and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather needed support or research issues as directed by the Payroll Manager.
- Routine clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, copying and shredding.
- Complete special projects that are ancillary to routine duties.
- Performing other general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies and employment laws, to ensure a workplace that safeguards the rights of every employee.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of Payroll experience required
- High School diploma required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Very detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, including good telephone manner with timely follow-up
- Ability to work overtime as required to ensure payroll is completed on time and accurately
- ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite experience a plus
