Naylors Court Dental Partners is hiring a Dental Hygienist for our office located in Pikesville, MD 21208. This is a full-time position working Mon, Wed & Thu (7:45-5:00), Tue (6:45-12:00), and Fri (7:45-1:00).

Naylors Court Dental Partners is a well established, success, dental practice with a team of doctors that have been in the practice for over 20 years. We greatly appreciate our hygienists and the important role they play in our success and keeping our loyal patients happy. We understand technology continues to improve and strive to keep up with the latest technology, for the benefits of our patients, as well as our hygienists. At our state-of-the-art facility, we're currently utilizing Itero Scanners, laser therapy and we'll be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) in the near future. Previous experience working as a hygienist is always great, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license in the state of MD. New Hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.
Responsibilities
- Dental Hygienists are dedicated to enhancing patients' oral health through periodontal therapies and hygiene services. Successful candidates should demonstrate passion for dental care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service consistently.
- The Dental Hygienist delivers oral hygiene treatments and education under minimal supervision, following state-approved guidelines. They provide dental care in compliance with state regulations and standards.
- Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
- Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line.
- Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygiene license in Maryland required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
