Overview

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Support Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption and maintenance of the practice management software used in our dental offices. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent collaboration and support throughout the implementation process. This position is scheduled to commence in early January 2024.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**): 

  • Implementation Support:  
  • Collaborate with team to understand the business requirements and goals 
  • Provide system setup, configuration and maintenance 
  • Conduct data mappings and for the transition of data during the software implementation process   
  • Technical Support 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for software application issues during the implementation phase. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with clients and internal technical teams. 
  • Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the implementation process. 
  • Maintain user guides and training materials to assist clients in utilizing the implemented solutions. 
  • Quality Assurance
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards. 
  • Conduct testing and validation of implementation data conversions to guarantee accuracy and functionality. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 Work Environment:  

This position is remote.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smart phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other presentation materials.

Qualifications

Education & Qualifications/Training: 

Education: 

  • High School Diploma Required  

Qualifications/Training:  

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Proficiency)
  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues 
  • Dental industry experience preferred 
  • Skilled knowledge and experience in customer service 
  • Familiarity with Dental PM systems is a plus  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
