Role overview:

The Integration Solution Architect involves working in an environment which is primarily focused on connecting cloud-based software applications, such as Dynamics 365, Workday, Concur, Salesforce and other systems. Being a member of the Data Transformation and Insights team enhance the functionality of dentsu Enterprise Data Hub to become a single source of data. The role main responsibility is to understand the business process and design data integrations for optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide integration architecture direction and guidance to technology and business partners to develop solutions to achieve targeted business outcomes
• Design Integration logics and prepare Solution Design documents
• Document data flows in relevant segments
• Deliver high-quality deployment architecture diagrams that describe the solution and implementation
• Partner closely with project managers, product managers, and engineering managers to define roadmaps and sprint planning objectives to meet solution designs
• Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modelling, system architecture including integration best practices
• Research and recommend opportunities to adopt new technologies. Analyse the impact of implementing new technologies into the IT infrastructure. Proactively research IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies and determines relevancy to dentsu organizations. Participate in the life cycle planning of existing IT assets
• Educates and guides engineers in the vision and use cases of specific solutions within the Enterprise Architecture portfolio
• Provide proper guidance to ensure integration services and architectures are designed, tested, documented, implemented, enhanced, and maintained according to the enterprise standards and expected service quality
• Collaborate with the broader architecture community to establish strategies and standard practices
• Create executive presentations and present simple solutions to sophisticated problems to diverse partners across the company

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
• Minimum experience will include 6 years of performing solution and enterprise design with a focus on integration within the technology organization
• Experience architecting real-time service integrations and asynchronous solutions is required.
• Understanding of integration best practices, patterns, data repositories, infrastructure
• Understanding of how API works and various protocols such as HTTP, REST or SOAP
• Must be comfortable with the full range of SOA standards (e.g. XML Schema, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, WS-Security, WS-Policy, SAML, etc.).
• Excellent technical foundation in: Java/.net, Web services, XPATH, XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, JMS, FTP, XSLT, JDBC, SQL Server and SSL
• Understanding of Network topology, DMZs, Load balancing, Fault tolerance, clustering, error Handling operation and performance tuning
• Experience effectively leveraging IaaS & SaaS
• Analytical mindset and ability to grasp complex topics
• Proven involvement in creating or leading complex integration projects
• Must have the following foundational skills: Design, Analysis, Communication, Leadership, Integrations, and Best Practices.
• Ability to create and foster relationships within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• MUST be detailed oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skill

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170k to $180k. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
