Job Description
Hybrid - Chicago or New York location required for occasional onsite creative collaboration
Dentsu Creative is looking for a Senior Designer (Presentation) to join our new business pitch team. The Senior Designer (Presentation)/Pitch Designer plays a crucial role in creating compelling and visually impactful presentations that communicate ideas, proposals, and business strategies. They collaborate with teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to create pitch materials that resonate with clients, investors, and your team. You will create pitch creative for multiple client presentations. You are experienced in Google Slides, have a high level of craft, and know how to elevate a presentation. You will work with our Chief Growth Officer, and will partner with our new business team. Working on new business pitches, you will bring your design skills to modernize and bring energy to all our pitch creative. You will report to an Executive Creative Director. You will create dynamic presentations that win new business, bringing your creativity to each project.
Responsibilities:
Presentation Design:
Develop visually appealing pitch decks, proposals, and sales presentations.
Transform complex information into concise and engaging visual content.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all materials.
Content Integration:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate relevant data, market insights, and financial projections into presentations.
Adapt existing content or create new content to align with the pitch's objectives.
Storytelling:
Craft compelling narratives that captivate the audience and convey the value proposition.
Use visual storytelling techniques to enhance the impact of the pitch.
Design Aesthetics:
Select appropriate fonts, colors, layouts, and graphics to create presentations.
Balance creativity with readability
Client-Focused Approach:
Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor presentations accordingly.
Address client feedback and refine designs
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
Qualifications
Must have 4-6 years' of experience as a graphic designer or visual designer
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Portfolio demonstrating modern aesthetic, clean typography, versatile designs
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Slides and Keynote
Portfolio Showcasing Design Skills
Familiarity with business terminology and understanding of marketing and sales processes.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
