The Business Manager is responsible for stewarding the development of dentsu’s newly created global commercial pricing tool.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Working Group Leads on engagement with market senior stakeholders and testers
• Craft and manage rollout communications
• Support the development of version features agreed upon by the Working Group and drive forward progress
• Own, track and improve the Tool user experience
• Manage and update user documentation on an ongoing basis e.g., User Guide, Education Toolkit, FAQs
• Create demos for training, while offering individual support for testers as needed
• Support internal work on evolution of the Tool (with the opportunity to lead one or more workstreams)
• Define test scenarios and test cases for the evolving outputs
• Co-Manage test feedback loop and track Tool usage

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relatable field
• 5-8 years’ experience in a Commercial or Finance role
• Proven record of managing and driving forward multiple projects (preferably with some experience in change management)
• Experience and/ or knowledge of the end-to-end deal cycle and pricing as a process within that (preferable)
• Experience engaging with and influencing leadership teams (preferable)
• Experience working with Excel based and web-based tools/ applications (preferable)
• Proven ability to maintain and display high ethical standards including confidentiality, discretion, and exemplary judgment with respect to handling highly confidential information (preferable)

• Advanced project management/customer service skills

Technical

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to produce Executive facing PowerPoint presentations

Client & Internal Relationships

• Develop and maintain relationships with agency personnel related to financial processes and deliverables
• Is approachable and solution-oriented when presented with problems/issues by staff and team

Communications Skills

• Express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
• Write in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
• Ability to translate and organize data, ideas and information into logical and cohesive summaries
