The Digital Producer is an organized, strategic, positive team orchestrator who is responsible for executing project objectives and deliverables. As our Digital Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing the production of our client’s digital experiences.
You’ll own the day-to-day project schedule, and manage project costs, timelines and quality while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end management of projects, from brief to product launch that deliver best in class content and storytelling. You do this by working closely with our stakeholders, Brand Managers, Designer, Copywriters and others to ensure the delivery of an on time, seamless digital experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly talented and creative digital designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating digital assets, including website, social media content, digital marketing and print materials and other digital media. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of work, a passion for design and desire to continuously improve their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing digital and print assets, such as websites, landing pages, digital and print banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with your team and client to create engaging campaigns that align with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
- Interpret briefs and project guides to execute on projects from start to finish. This includes collaboration, planning, presenting your work, and final execution and delivery for both digital and print assets.
- Use production best practices for creating clean and precise print and digital files.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work for both digital and print design.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure designs are delivered on time for both digital and print design.
- Troubleshooting - detailed enough to find and understand where errors are coming from.
- Select and implement final imagery and iconography into pixel perfect design.
- Facilitate the handoff of designs to be implemented by Development and Engineering teams; participate in QA/Review process.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media Design, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and print design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience creating both digital and print assets.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design software for both digital and print design.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital and print design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and is a plus.
