Job Description

We're hiring a self-motivated, responsible, articulate and motivated Program Manager who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems. The successful candidate will work directly with Filter and our Client to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget of one or more programs concurrently. The Program Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and leverage Client resources as needed. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The right candidate will enjoy working with other professionals who believe in creating innovative solutions to problems. They will work with designers, brand managers, and other cross-functional departments and must be a strong communicator (verbal and written), highly organized, technology advocate, and be able to handle many moving parts at once. As the Program Manager, you will:

  • Leading and coordinating input from various stakeholders that fuels the development of the program
  • Accountable for program execution and serve as key client contact for assigned projects, establishing working relationships with client project teams which result in client satisfaction, operational excellence and thereby increase potential for repeat business.
  • Resolve conflict and serve as escalation point for program issues
  • Develop the program and project delivery strategy, costing assumptions and resulting budget for assigned programs
  • Initiate and implement appropriate actions to proactively manage the change control process.
  • Use experience from previous projects and programs and lessons learned to ensure process improvements are implemented successfully across all programs.

Qualifications

  • 6 years in content creation role, 5 years of strategy creation.
  • Program and Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important.
  • Passionate and/or experienced in working with clients in the sports and apparel space.
  • A track record of developing content that draws on diverse perspectives & sources.
  • Experience working with international and virtual teams
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Well-versed in accounting terms and financial metrics/tools for pricing, tracking job profitability, monitoring key metrics (e.g. billability) and overall budget management
  • Show a clear ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills
