JOB SUMMARY:    The Creative Director’s (CD) role will be focused on ensuring delivery of high-quality creative to internal and external stakeholders and developing creative ideas and solutions to promote fan affinity/engagement and generate revenue growth.  Most importantly, this role is responsible for setting a clear creative vision for the graphic design team and maintaining high creative standards. The CD will oversee the team of designers and a project manager, who all serve as creative support functions to internal departments and external partners through the design of forward-thinking creative solutions that maintain the Broncos brand standards across multiple mediums.  The CD will guide all graphic design projects and is responsible for the quality of work produced by the graphics team while working to  help develop and grow each team member in the process.  Provide creative leadership and standards for creative teams across the organization Serve as the creative lead on all design projects and  manage the creative process from concept to completion Provide conceptual thinking across all creative mediums Shoulder the responsibility of the quality of all work projects assigned to members of the graphics team Maintain consistency of identity across all organizational materials and ensure proper use of intellectual property Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop exceptional and well-crafted creative solutions Evaluate trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions Develop a creative culture and provide career pathing and development for the graphic design team Responsible for the development of ideas that are innovative and drive the brand forward Work with Sr. Director of Marketing to build strategic initiatives for the creative department, as a component to the  overall departmental plan Oversee implantation of management system to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of all graphic files Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams Contribute as internal creative copywriter Provide creative ideas to be implemented in our gameday entertainment experience Additional responsibilities as assigned by Sr. Director of Marketing DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 60%  Provide creative leadership & art direction for internal design team 20%  Creative ideation with internal stakeholders (i.e., marketing, sponsorship, game entertainment) across all mediums. 20%  Collaborate with other creative teams across the organization           Minimum Qualifications Cover Letter & Resume expressing interest in and qualifications for the role Bachelor’s Degree in the creative/visual arts or related field. Submission of a portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrating expertise in a range of creative mediums integrated campaigns 8 years' experience in design, art direction or creative production 3 years in a Creative Director or similar Leadership role, managing the needs of stakeholders and leading creative teams Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in relevant design software (ex. Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, After Effects, and/or 3D software) Adept at visualizing concepts across a wide range of mediums Experience working for a professional sports team preferred Copywriter background a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a design team environment and analyze creative feedback Excellent oral and written communication skills – can interact well with all levels internally and externally. Presentation skills: Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings; effective in selling creative rationale; elicits respect and can manage meeting pace Strong peer and direct leadership skills – ability to develop and manage talent. Knowledge of the NFL & Denver Broncos Football BenefitsIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $110,000 and $130,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
