What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR/Admin position at Denver Contracting?
We are looking for a reliable CSR who has an administrative, organized skill set who will undertake customer service as well as administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and be professional in appearance. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Some of the job duties entail but are not limited to:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Order Processing
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures when needed
- Create and update records and databases
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Data Entry
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office admin, office assistant or relevant role
- Proven experience in customer service
- Be professional in appearance this is a forward-facing position that sometimes deals with executives and VP's.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Understands technology
- High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

This is a full-time in the office position, M-F 8-5PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
