This is a full-time position (35-40 hours per week). The salary range for this position is $80-90k annually (based on experience), with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, company-paid short and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work anywhere. Role

As a Program Manager at the DEO, you lead a team that engages, connects, and provides members with the educational resources they need to help grow their organizations. You manage the day-to-day operations of the program ensuring that all of the components and elements of the program function together as a cohesive whole. You collaborate across all departments as the representative of your program ensuring that the customer experience is seamless and members are satisfied with the program. You, and your team, deeply understand your member’s toughest issues, and you share these insights with your peers in an effort to improve the quality of content and contribute to the strategic direction of your program. You provide guidance on company policies and procedures, manage team capacity. You engage the appropriate resources to support, and direct the work of the team to drive optimal results, and are responsible for connecting with your team, measuring their performance, and coaching them to their highest potential.


Responsibilities

Program Management and Strategy

  • Collaborate with CEO and Leadership Team
  • Provide feedback from customers to support strategic direction of the program
  • Drive results through member satisfaction and retention
  • Manage day-to-day operations of program and team 
  • Identify areas of opportunity and Define, Organize, Prioritize, and Execute projects both company wide and within your department
  • Monitor the progress of new and existing program content
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of members with emphasis on retention 
  • Analyze and report on program data
  • Identify trends and possible risks  
  • Manage and optimize operational workflow

 

Lead the Program’s Team 

  • Manage Team Capacity 
  • Manage and support the Community Managers and Programs Coordinator to achieve fullest potential through training and development
  • Provide coaching, support, and resources to internal team
  • Develop relationships with team, members, and key industry leaders
  • Facilitate communication on Department Initiative statuses to CEO
  • Promote effective communication
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings
  • Co-Manage Programs Coordinator
  • Develop policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately and kept up to date
  • Assist HR with keeping SOPs and employee files up to date

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the industry
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position

  • Tech savvy, stays up to date with digital trends, ability to use technology to help engage and interact with members (Google Workspace, Zendesk, JustCall, Slack, Whatsapp)
  • Ability to moderate virtual calls and represent the DEO both online and in person in a customer facing role 
  • Reliable, adaptable, and flexible
