DePaula Chevrolet is hiring a call center representative to work in our Business Development Center scheduling service appointments. If you are a customer service-oriented, self-motivated professional who is seeking an opportunity with a pay structure that rewards for individual accomplishments then this is the perfect opportunity for you. BDC or call center experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm that will provide our customers with outstanding service.
This position may require some weekday evenings (until 7pm) and rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
- Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options
- Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
- Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
