What You Will Do In Your Role

• Work closely with Scheduling team on the coordination and scheduling of multiple Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects
• Work closely with Business Development and Project Execution teams on updating project schedules
• Update data via SmartSheet to track future project, personnel, equipment and overall company demand
• Partner with Construction team to analyze progress reports
• Maintain Personnel Tracking and Scheduling

Requirements:

• Administrative experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite products
