This role is responsible for the success of Deputy in APAC. It reports to the Global President, and will work closely with global functional leadership across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Sales. The position will lead in synthesizing internal and external inputs to set the strategy that achieves company objectives throughout APAC. An emphasis will be on continuous improvement to an industry-leading PLG company across every aspect of conversion and customer care. Importantly, this role will also serve as a visible, external voice for Deputy in Australia and across APAC, partnering with the functional organizations to design and execute Deputy messaging across the region. Whether it be customers, prospects, partners, job candidates, employees, analysts, influencers or media, this role will be called upon to persuade and lead.  What & Why At Deputy our mission is to change how hourly employees are managed globally.
