What You Will Do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Report Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support business operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gather data from various internal and external sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data validation and cleaning.
- Maintain and update databases and data systems as necessary.
Report Generation:
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports in a timely manner.
- Utilize reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Translate raw data into meaningful insights through clear and concise reports.
Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze data trends and patterns to support business decision-making.
- Identify and communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs and tailor reports accordingly.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Document data sources, methodologies, and processes used in report generation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting processes and tools.
- Assist in automating and streamlining reporting processes where possible.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with database query languages (e.g., SQL) is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Previous internship or academic experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The expected base salary for this position is $70,000 to 75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
