GRAPHIC DESIGNER

DeRoyal is currently searching for a Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing graphic/creative direction and support to departments within the company including Marketing, International, Corporate, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and International.
Some other responsibilities include:
Responsible for design projects assigned to DeRoyal Marketing Communications. Maintains a consistent brand among all media. Responsible for maintaining and designing templates that meet branding guidelines and trademark attributions per legal.
Responsible for designing, routing, and archiving marketing materials for all divisions of DeRoyal within expected time frames. Responsible for obtaining appropriate approvals and keeping those documents according to corporate procedures.
Responsible for scheduling, attending, or facilitating meetings with various departments both in-person and via Teams. Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current projects and manage linear requests.
Responsible for editing, maintaining, and retrieval of photos as requested. Assistance with or occasional photography/videography as needed. Familiarity with camera equipment and lighting is beneficial. Strong Photoshop skills are recommended.
Design logos and vector graphics. Illustrations skills are recommended.
Responsible for managing translation projects of various marketing materials while adhering to corporate procedures. Knowledge of CE marking and ISO regulations is beneficial.
Responsible for projects as assigned in the following areas: medical device marketing materials, publication advertising, brochures, logos, new media design interface, corporate presentations, meeting work, trade shows, signage for special events and other projects as assigned.
Responsible for updating skills to keep up with emerging software programs and automation and then contributing those skills to other members of the marketing communications team.
Responsible for uploading and maintaining current marketing materials on various social media platforms.
Responsible for assisting with marketing materials for annual sales meetings.
Responsible for assisting other Marketing Communications team members as needed.
Work closely with marketing, international, engineering, supply chain, regulatory, and legal departments.
Maintain archives for photos, literature, packaging, and labeling.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and three to four years of graphic artist experience and/or training required; or Associate’s degree in graphic design with five to six years of graphic artist experience required; or a combination of relevant experience and/or education.
Proficiency operating the following technologies is necessary to adequately perform the essential job functions of the position: PC systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
