The ideal candidate will oversee and direct all activities within the manufacturing plant, specifically focusing on the processing of materials and production of medical devices. This role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and compliance with stringent quality and regulatory standards. The Manager will execute responsibilities both personally and through a dedicated team of subordinates, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations, enhance productivity, and meet organizational goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the plant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
- Direct and coordinate all manufacturing activities, ensuring efficient and effective processing of materials and production of medical products.
- Oversee daily operations, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet production targets and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP guidelines.
