Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for handling calls and dealing with customers' queries about our products. The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable having difficult conversations with customers and has a broad knowledge about our products. We're looking for someone who is highly capable of multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable taking the initiative to fix problems. Would be required to get licensed, which we will help with. Have the desire to want to sell insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer concerns and complaints.
- Document customer needs, wants, and concerns.
- Advise customers on the best ways to use our service.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Answer questions and assist customers with product orders.

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
