Responsibilities:
- Calculate costs of goods and services and update the companies website and Quick Books
- Billing, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, Inventory management
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks as needed and requested
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with billing, accounting procedures.
- Experience in Quick books
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Salary : $20 - $23
