About the Role

We are looking for someone who is driven, creative, and a self-starter to manage the day-to-day duties of Deserve’s social media channels. You’ll take ownership of Deserve’s social media presence, create content and amplify the accelerating growth of our brand from the ground up! This is truly an exciting time to join our team.
Job Description
· Create, curate, and manage digital content for social media
· Increase engagement and followers on existing channels and develop a presence on new platforms when necessary, looking for ways to connect with new audiences and create community
· Lead execution of content strategy via social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
· Post industry-relevant content on our social channels and manage the publishing calendar
· Follow industry players and engage with their content regularly
· Make strategic recommendations on where to focus content and engagement
· Provide and analyze reporting on social media performance and key metrics
· Have a pulse on the industry and current trends
· Identify potential social partners and influencers
· Collaborate with the Customer Care team that handles moderations for all Social Media touchpoints, developing best practices
Qualifications
· 2 years of social media experience for a brand or company
· Experience working in fintech or finance is a plus
· Nimble writer who has sharp ideas for various social formats and has excellent overall written communication skills
· Passion for creating innovative and engaging social experiences
· Translate insights and analytics into actionable strategic recommendations
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented
· PR experience is a plus but not required
· Basic Graphic Design skills are a plus but not required
