Marketing Coordinator
Develop and execute an effective marketing program in alignment with Design Engineers strategic objectives. This includes branding/brand management, proposal and interview management, targeted public relations and implementing best practices for marketing efforts and business development.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead the development, design and execution of proposals in collaboration with the principal-in-Charge
· Assist with identifying business development opportunities
· Develop and maintain all marketing materials, including resumes, relevant experience project sheets and project / client overviews
o Establish and maintain a standard format for resumes and relevant experience project sheets
o Update master documents as designs are completed
· Coordinate the development of an annual marketing plan and execute the established milestones
· Monitor firm activities for external communication and PR opportunities and collaborate with leadership to execute messaging
o Maintain company website including updating portfolio, news items and employees
o Plan, develop, schedule, and execute social media on our primary platforms
o Develop and distribute content for blogs, website, newsletters, news releases and other communication projects
· Develop company promotional material, including holiday mailings and gifts
· Coordinate and attend annual conferences and tradeshows including themes, booth design, and follow up with client touch points
· Produce or coordinate all project photography and manage project images data base
· Coordinate and manage award submissions

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Expert understanding of graphic design techniques and principles
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the capability to work at a quick pace and multitask to meet tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
· Collaborative, creative, and open mindset with ability to actively listen, learn and ask questions as needed
· Self-starter and self-driven
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field with 5 years of experience
· Experience in the A/E/C industry or marketing in a professional services related industry preferred.
· Proficient in Word, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and PowerPoint
