WEEKEND SHIFT Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am - 6pm
- Run multiple rewinders to standard speed.
- Clear rewinder jams and re-start machine.
- Ensure that cores are feeding properly, and Labeler is working properly.
- Change label rolls as needed and ensure correct labels are being used per work order.
- Thread rewinder after roll change.
- Monitor Overwrap film to ensure proper bullseye and seals.
- Monitor print quality.
- Manually load cores to core hopper when necessary.
- Load/change Overwrap film.
- Position rolls for loading.
- Load paper rolls.
- Assist wherever needed in the work center.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
