Location: Manhattan, NY - onsite 5 days a week - 9am to 6pm EST

The Salary Range for this role is $80,000
JOB SUMMARY
At eg , our Project Managers are the connective tissue of our teams, our ability to run day-to-day operations smoothly, and an essential partner to our internal and client teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager who can manage all aspects of multi-channel client projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams while strategically contributing to project and workflow efficiencies. You will manage projects from inception to post-release optimization and will act as a primary hub for circulation of tasks at all stages and ensure team adherence to processes and schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver work that is exceptional, on time, and on budget. Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, assumptions, and cost for projects with an ability to effectively translate these to Client Proposals and Statements of Work.
- Create timelines quickly, thinking through each step that is needed for respective projects. Ability to plan multiple and concurrent projects, while also managing across teams to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met. Appropriately prioritize and manage the workflow internally and externally with the client. Ensure every necessary step of project scope is accounted for within the schedule and clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies.
- Serve as main liaison between internal teams and maintain communications with team members and clients, ensuring that needs are met, and flags are raised as needed. Capture meeting notes and client feedback to ensure all items are acted upon.
- Motivate teams across disciplines to create a collaborative environment and challenging them to produce great work. Assign individual resource responsibilities and help identify proper resources needed. Lead project status meetings for internal and external teams.
- Partner with Account Management to manage scope, finding solutions for challenges, and optimize for continued account growth.
- Assist Account Management in budgeting tasks such as creation of estimates, scope of work and budget tracking. Responsible for setting up new vendors, purchase orders, and invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience managing scope, timelines, and teams in a digital agency or related environment.
- Experience with common project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent relationship team building and client-facing skills.
- Conscientious and adept at problem-solving through critical thinking.
- Comfortable leading team and client meetings, tailor communications based on audience and level.
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and effective communication skills (both verbal and writing).
- Confident, positive attitude and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company, external partners, and clients.
NOTES
- Job is on client site 5 days a week.
- Job requires potential travel as well as evening and/or weekend work during peak times
- Must be present during client onsite office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST
