Sales Account Manager

The position of Sales Account Manager will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Acquire leads from the Sales team and manage the preliminary preparation of proposals.
• Prepare client invoices and Letters of Agreement.
• Maintain professional and longstanding relationships with clients from start to finish of a program.

• Contact vendors via phone/email to obtain updated pricing, timing, rates, options, get quotes for specific events, etc.
• Populate the “content” within the company software for sales and assist with the management of the database.
• Update and help manage the team shared drive and calendar with your accounts.
• Manage file preparation and other related duties from initial account setup to signed agreement with client.
• Maintain detailed records related to site inspections expense tracking, site logs, etc.
• Support pre-planning site inspection efforts by coordinating with vendors, building a site agenda and creating documents to prepare clients for their time in the islands.
• Take clients on site inspections and accompany pre-planning meetings on Big Island, Maui, Oahu, Lana’i and Kaua’i as needed.
• Organize a marketing & communications calendar and update as needed to track sales blitzes, trade shows, target goals etc.
• Support sales team with marketing and sales initiatives (Presentations, sales blitzes, etc.)
• Manage association and industry memberships with the other sales team members.

• Be open to doing work in the field to greet clients at the airport or serve as a Travel Director and other projects on an as-needed basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
