The Spa Host / Front Desk Agent is responsible for the overall operations of the spa front desk. This includes oversight of all spa reservations through Telephone Inquiries, Walk In’s and E-mail inquiries, client record keeping, POS transactions, gift card transactions, cash handling procedures and provide exceptional guest service. Maintain the Spa Retail area, replenishing inventory and display neatly on shelves, visual merchandising, cleaning – present retail products to guests at checkout, engage and offer guests information on retail items and exceed retail sales goals.
Ensures the Autograph, Marriott and Shaner Brand Standard and experience for guests by maintaining the standards set forth in Orientation and Brand Standards Training.
Adheres to policies of the facility and Autograph, Marriott and Shaner policies.
Monitors guest satisfaction and reports any concerns or methods for improvement to Spa Director. Provides excellent customer service and monitors guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques. Follows up on guest requests and comments.
Creates and maintains Spa services in spa computer systems with accuracy at all times.
Assists with coordination of spa events for the purpose of sales generation and community awareness.
Submits all paperwork and financial reporting in accordance with Ocean Spa policies.
Actively involved in overall cleanliness and maintenance of Ocean Spa facility.
Recommends Retail products for home use to guests.
Excellent knowledge of Spa Menu and services offered.
Suggests to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.
Works assigned schedule. Arrives and departs from their shift on time.
Ensures that work areas are clean according to procedures.
