Asa Medical Office Administrator you will be responsible for managingthe daily operations of a healthcare facility ensuring efficientadministrative processes while providing excellent service topatients and staff.
Your role will be essential in maintaining thesmooth functioning of the office and supporting healthcareproviders.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Overseethe administrative functions of the medical office includingscheduling patient registration and medical recordmanagement.
- Ensurecompliance with healthcare regulations and standards maintainingconfidentiality and security of patientinformation.
- Coordinatepatient appointments managing the scheduling system to optimizeworkflow and minimize waittimes.
- Serveas the primary point of contact for patients addressing inquiriesand concerns while providing exceptional customerservice.
- Managebilling and insurance processes including verifying patientinsurance coverage and processingclaims.

Requirements
- Associates degree in Health Administration Business Administration or arelated field; Bachelor s degreepreferred.
- Previousexperience in a medical office or healthcare setting with at leasttwo years in an administrativerole.
- Strongknowledge of medical terminology billing procedures and healthcareregulations.
- Proficientin electronic health record (EHR) systems and officesoftware.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with a commitment toproviding compassionate patientcare.
