We arelooking for a dedicated and selfmotivated individual to join ourteam as a Travel Agent. The ideal candidate will be able to provideexcellent customer service and will require the ability to workindependently.
No experience needed we will provide training andcredentials. This is a 100% remotejob.
EssentialFunctions :
- Provideexceptional customer service while maintaining a high level ofaccuracy
- Ensurethat all information is accurate and up todate.
- Workwith clients to determine their needs and assist them with theirtravel arrangements. (including but not limited to : flights cruisestheme parks hotel / resort accommodation rentalcars)
- Completerequired certification within a timelymanner.
- Musthave reliable internet with a smartphone and / or acomputer.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Mustbe 18 years or older.
- Mustbe in the United States.
- 1year of customer service experience (preferred but notnecessary).
- Mustbe able to read write speak and understandEnglish.
- Beable to stay organized.
