What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crating Supervisor position at DEUFOL?
Are you a self-starter but also great in a team setting with attention to detail? We are looking for a multi-tasker who is motivated. Someone who is driven. This is a working Supervisor position which mean at times you will be on the floor with the team constructing wooden crates and securely packing a variety of materials.
Responsibilities
Follow all of the safety rules and procedures for the site. . ·
Work closely with all departments in a professional manner to ensure that customer delivery needs are met. ·
Coordinate the duties of the warehouse, box shop, and military departments and hand off communication to respective managers. ·
Ensure compliance with department process workflows. ·
Ensure personnel are completing all required documentation. ·
Disciplining and counseling personnel as required. ·
Communicate company objectives to personnel. ·
Communicate any issues to the proper management that needs to be addressed. ·
Inspect, measure and design packaging in compliance with company standards and military specs, completing all required documentation. ·
Complete all required periodic reporting. ·
Operate overhead crane as needed ·
Must obtain forklift license ·
Inventory control Perform other duties as directed by Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
