JOB TITLE: Associate - DB7162320
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to serve as a member of the global Corporate Banking Coverage (CBC) Group. Help clients meet objectives and solve diverse problems of clients including specialized treasury management, financing, risk management, working capital, investments and trade finance. Requires a Master's degree in Finance, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience reviewing financial statements and summarizing investor presentations for a financial institution. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience managing internal processes for deal execution including internal approvals, business aspects of regulatory reporting, and ongoing management of client relationships; utilizing credit risk assessments of all incoming credit requests in collaboration with credit and corporate banking product teams; assessing public filings, and reviewing internal research reports; identifying growth opportunities related to the client's specific business needs; developing client-specific strategies and client action plans within cash management, trade finance, FX, and lending; preparing credit memos for credit committee approval and supporting the documentation process; preparing and maintaining internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, credit commitments, and capital outstanding; conducting client due diligence for both client onboarding and transaction's structure to facilitate execution of transactions; and coordinating credit and loan operations for deal structuring, underwriting and execution. Salary: $127,400.00 - $138,215.00/year This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
