The Global Credit Financing and Solutions (GCFS) and Credit Structuring teams are seeking associates with 2 year of fixed income, corporate finance, or similar aligned experience to join the business.

Your key responsibilities
Work with senior colleagues to design tailored solutions to meet our clients’ needs
Coordinate and support deal origination as well as the structuring and execution of transactions involving a variety of financial instruments
Enable deal execution, liaising with clients and external advisors (including technical and legal advisors) to ensure a smooth and well-organized process
Lead trade and transaction approvals, liaising with different parts of the bank such as credit, regulatory, and market risk teams
Conduct analysis and modelling in relation to transactions utilizing a variety of financial instruments
Your skills and experience
2 years of professional work experience across financial services, strategy, accounting, legal or aligned to industries.
Background in Fixed Income, Corporate Finance, Structured Lending, or fundamental credit analysis a plus
Strong analytical aptitude including ability to review and understand financial modelling, key accounting concepts, financial analysis, and transaction documentation
An entrepreneurial and creative mind / spirit to maximize client value and identify new opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented / team player
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and continuously navigate and thrive on novel situations, problems, and challenges
