Essential Job Functions:
- Take a consultative approach with functional partners to understand business questions and define expected deliverables
- Identify appropriate data sources, perform meaningful analysis, and derive insights
- Partner with teammates on data & insight validation
- Present findings and applicable recommendations to key stakeholders
- Build a scalable and/or repeatable analytics process to support ongoing & future needs
- Deliver dashboards and reporting as needed across the customer lifecycle
- Maintain documentation on analytics processes
- Provide input and recommendations regarding data definitions, data transformations, and data tables
- Stay abreast of technical solutions and provide input on potential tools to improve efficiency and performance
- Maintain a broad understanding of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations tools and processes, as well as the greater Payrix ecosystem and product suite
What You Bring:
- 5 years’ experience in analytics within a high-growth SaaS environment or fintech; preferably ISV and or Payment Facilitation
- Skilled in data manipulation & transformation using Alteryx, Power Query, or like tool
- Advanced data visualization experience using Quicksight, Tableau, CRM Analytics, etc.
- Working knowledge of report/dashboard building in Hubspot or SFDC
- Exceptional analytic skills with a history of delivering business impacting insights
- Works well with the ambiguity that comes with a maturing organization chartered to drive scale to support exponential growth aspirations
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrates problem-solving and creative thinking
- Strong communication & presentation skills and ability to engage and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Historical participation on complex program and/or project teams
- Strong communication, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable being a SME on available analytics platforms and data models
