We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. About Us:
We are one of the fastest growing mental health agencies in California, providing services to children diagnosed with ASD.
Duties:
- Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Assist with training development for new employees
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide support to staff members as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Adequate accounting and excel skills
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in clerical tasks
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Front desk experience is preferred
