Job Summary:
The Behavior Interventionist position is ideal for those who enjoy working with children and youth and who are passionate about serving individuals with autism and other forms of neurodiversity. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will be responsible for carrying out an individualized treatment plan to help our clients develop meaningful skills that will enhance their success in all aspects of life. In this position you will receive regular support and training to effectively implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) procedures with our incredible clients and their families.
About the Role
Under the direction of Pediatric Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) you will:
- Receive training on how to deliver life-changing care to kids with a variety of developmental conditions
- Work with team of world-class clinicians
- Provide behavioral services to kiddos in the home and community-based settings
- Collect clinical data on a regular basis to support BCBAs in their care plans
- Train caregivers to implement BCBA-developed care plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis as a part of a multi-specialty care team
- Attend meetings & trainings regarding client’s behavior services as necessary

Requirements
Applicant must have:
- Obtained high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field)
- Completed or willing to complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician Course work
- Obtained or willing to obtain recertification of RBT training annually*
- Completed or willing to complete all necessary Medicaid Waiver training and documents*
- Reliable transportation
*Bonuses paid upon completion of certification materials
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
