BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
The Measurement Manager leads a team responsible for companywide oil, natural gas, and liquids measurement activities and ensures compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards and corporate company measurement policies. This position works closely with E&P Operations and participates in periodic audits to provide measurement oversight and training throughout the enterprise. Oversees personnel development and performance assessment and works with operations personnel and 3rd parties to solve measurement inconsistencies. Prepares and manages budgets and works with stakeholders to establish and act upon long range plans.

EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of 7 years of related industry experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and oversee corporate measurement practices and requirements
- Develop and execute plans and schedules to accomplish team, department, and enterprise goals
- Maintain favorable relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to internal measurement practices and policies
- Oversee the selection and training of qualified personnel
- Interface with procurement, contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Lead initiatives to improve business processes
- Conduct and coordinate employee performance evaluation process
- Effectively communicate plans and activities to various stakeholders
- Work closely with the Technology organization to provide the data and tools for best in class “data driven decisions” and automation
- Work closely with EHS & Marketing teams as well as ensuring work is prioritized and coordinated between all stakeholder groups within Devon
- Empower staff to make necessary changes and improvements to the business
- Work with leadership peers to remove obstacles and barriers to change
- Provide leadership to Measurement team staff, including team building, coaching, clarity, and guidance
- Maintain deep understanding of all relative regulatory requirements from agencies such as the BLM, RRC, GLO and NDIC
