Job Description
Dewberry is currently seeking a Marketing Intern in our Raleigh, NC office for Summer 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to learn from a team of outstanding professionals. Under the Marketing Manager, the intern will support the Marketing Department with a variety of tasks to meet the marketing goals of the region. The intern requires a range of practical and people skills, as well as knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The position will support promotional and proposal efforts and will involve a variety of tasks such as: coordinate, research, compose and work with graphics, photos, and videos in the preparation of marketing material and activities. It will also include input of information to databases and other reports.
*Local candidates preferred, no housing stipend will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Development of marketing materials
- Database input
- Research and coordination with technical staff
- Support with graphic layout and design
- Support with compiling content for social media posts
- Coordination of project programs such as video
Required Skills & Required Experience
- Pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
- Proactive in accomplishing tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
- Professional demeanor
- Exceptional writing skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).
