Job Title: Banking Sr. Customer Service
Location: Shoreview, MN/ Chandler, AZ/ Des Moines, IA/ Salt Lake City, UT/ San Antonio, TX/ Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension
Rate - $24/hr. - $26/hr.
30 days onsite training then 5 days onsite and 5 days remote schedule
Responsibilities:
Support Escalations: proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex transactional or customer support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
This is an intake role. Likely 5-10 cases. The intake team intakes the escalated complaint and directs it to the appropriate research group. Handles it for the Enterprise. If someone is dissatisfied with customer service, even in a branch, and uses high risk terms like theft or discrimination, they'll likely be transitioned to this team.
