What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Document Reviewer position at Dexian DISYS?
Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Legal Document Reviewer for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Process shippers for gauges and instruments going out for calibration
- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss reverse mortgage and update account information
- May be responsible for preparing application package to be sent to the applicant within regulatory required time-frames
- Orders and tracks all required documentation to assure processing time-frames are being met and updates system, calendars and loan file with status
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Submits fully processed files through automated underwriting system and submits to underwriting department for decision as required
- Prepares and ensures the accuracy and timely delivery of commitment letters
- Support our internal clients
- Administrate funds related documents
- Identifying, indexing and verification of documents for the global business
Requirements:
- Familiarity with derivative documentation and financial products (securities and/or OTC derivatives)
- Experience with applications: Filenet P8, Salesforce and Filenet 4.1
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience
- Extensive experience with the administration of document review databases, particularly Relativity
- Course work in the sciences/engineering is a plus
