Job Title: Python (PySpark) Developer
Location: 100% remote, must be located in the US
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Pay: targeting $50-$60/hour W2

JOB OVERVIEW
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GCP Cloud Developer to join our Eligibility team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud development with expertise in Python, Spark, DataProc, Data Lake, and DevOps using Circle CI and Harness.
- Experience in REST API development with Spring, as well as MongoDB, is a definite plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based Eligibility applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Utilize Python, Spark, DataProc, and Data Lake technologies to build scalable and efficient ETL Solutions.
- Implement DevOps practices using Circle CI and Harness for continuous integration and deployment
- Develop REST APIs using Spring framework for seamless communication between applications
- Utilize MongoDB for data storage and retrieval, optimizing performance and scalability
Required Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in cloud development (prefer GCP)
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, DataProc, and Data Lake technologies
- Strong experience in DevOps practices using Circle CI and Harness
- Experience in REST API development with Spring framework
- Knowledge of MongoDB for data management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare Experience is plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
