Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross Functional Team Coordination:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams (example stakeholders: PPA, Sales page Support, IM IT, FRPPE, Finance)

• Schedule and organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved

• Document and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings

• Dependencies and interdependencies management

2. Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating them to the stakeholders

• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope

3. Reporting and Documentation:

• This is a hybrid role that will produce documentation supporting IMF and IMF Technology

• Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk and issues logs, and meeting minutes

• Create technology requirements including end to end data flows from Golden Source to downstream consumption

• Prepare regular updates and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders

• Ensure operational support processes are established and operationalized

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner

• Facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams

• Manage and facilitate documentation reviews and signoffs
